In 2010, the founders of Norpack began to explore the non-ferrous minerals and chemical businesses. Five years later, they formed a team and kept expanding. In 2017, the company integrated its manganese ore, chrome ore, and chemical businesses. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Norpack explored overseas warehousing for chemical products and mining investments. In 2024, PT. CYK Resources Indonesia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Norpack, was established in Jakarta to engage in nickel ore trading and chemicals.

Now, Norpack is headquartered in Shandong, China, with a subsidiary in Jakarta, Indonesia, and branch offices in Tianjin, China, and Johannesburg, South Africa. There are over 25 professionals covering equity investment, operations, trading, quality control, finance, and legal affairs. Norpack continues to prosper.
